Do you have an Open Studio? Once a year I have an Open Studio event in November as part of The Australian Ceramics Association nation-wide event. It’s a happy event in a garden setting with lots of wares available to purchase and an opportunity to see how an inner urban studio functions, and ask me any questions!

Are your ceramics food safe? Yes the glazes I make up and use are non-toxic glazes. There are varying opinions on gold lustre being food safe so better to err on the side of caution and consider not.

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe? All of glazes are completely fine for both utilities. Those that have gold lustre on them are not suitable for either. It is a surface glaze so more prone to scratches and can spark in a microwave.

Do you offer custom orders? Yes, very happy to collaborate on ideas with individuals.

Can I preorder a piece? If you want to order a work and then wait a little while to send it this is not a problem. As a small producer, I am very flexible.

What is the shrinkage rate during firing? The shrinkage rate depends on the type of clay used. On average I allow for 15% shrinkage from the original size thrown.

What inspires your artwork? I am a inspired by the ideas in my head that come to me when I first start preparing the clay. I try to work as one with the clay…’the clay is my friend’ and I try to be original and considerate to others work. I am inspired by my travels, my country upbringing and the environment in which I live, work and play.

How much is shipping? Shipping is worked out on weight and where it is being shipped to. This is determined by the current Australia Post/Sendle pricing structures. Because I make a wide range of products, this is the most efficient way to offer this service

Do you ship internationally? Yes, that is not a problem

How long does shipping take? Shipping takes between 3 -5 days depending on where it is being sent.

How do I track my order? When I complete an order through Australia Post I will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number linked to it. You will then receive information directly from Aust Post.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? Please contact me as soon as possible with photos of how the box arrived, the packaging inside and the broken item. I will then endevour to remake it for you, or offer a refund if we cannot find a solution. We can work that out together as to what is most suitable. There are no refunds for change of heart as I am a small producer and cannot offer that.

Can I pick up my order? Absolutely. You can collect from my studio in Preston, Victoria. Most items can be shipped excluding my largest Wallhangings.

What is your packaging like? I put lots of love into my gift wrapping that I offer and my packaging choices and make it as sustainable as possible. I wrap the gifts differently according to the item that is inside and try to do it with care and consideration. Further information is available on my sustainability page

Do you offer wholesale? Yes this is possible on a small scale.

Do you donate products for giveaways? Yes I do this at my own discretion.

What payment methods do you accept? All the usual suspects.

Do you have a physical store I can visit? You are welcome to come and look at the stock I have online at my home studio - by appointment only.

Do you offer classes or workshops? No, this not my business model.
