The Billabong plate is a mix of graphite and coal glaze creating a unique collision of colour that resembles the form of the Australian landscape.
Each piece is individually made and size and markings may vary slightly which is of course the beauty of a functional artwork like this.

This handmade pottery is thrown on the potter’s wheel using Mid Fire clays. They are then individually glazed from Studio recipes.
Fired to 1200degrees
